1. How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is easy! Follow these steps:
- Browse our product catalog and select the items you wish to purchase.
- Click on the "Add to Cart" button for each item.
- Once you've added all desired items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
- Review your order and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping details, select your preferred payment method, and complete your payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful!
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We have a No Return, No Exchange policy for most products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will accept returns or exchanges only if the defect is proven to be on our side. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos or videos of the defect.
- Your order number.
We will review your case and guide you through the next steps if applicable.

4. How Many Days Will It Take to Receive My Order(s)?
Delivery times depend on your location. Here are the estimated delivery times within the Philippines:
- Manila: 1 - 3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 2 - 4 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. How Much Is the Shipping Fee?
Shipping fees depend on the location and payment method. Below are the rates:
Manila:
- Paid Orders: ₱80
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₱100
Provincial Areas:
- Paid Orders: ₱160
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₱200
